Our Steering Committee
This year, a Steering Committee will help shape the Smart Cities Collaborative. The committee is composed of former Smart Cities Collaborative members and national leaders in implementing smart mobility projects and programs.
Our Steering Committee members come from Minneapolis, MN; Oakland, CA; Centennial, CO; Seattle, WA; and Washington, DC.
Warren Logan
Warren Logan is the Policy Director of Mobility and Interagency Relations at Oakland Mayor’s Office.
Kelly Rula
Kelly is currently leading a team at SDOT at the intersect between new mobility services, urban freight, and technology to help test and develop policy for the future of transportation in Seattle.

Alex serves as the Mobility Solutions Manager for the Seattle Department of Transportation. He manages a team providing a robust set of reliable and sustainable travel options and shaping the future of mobility in a rapidly growing city during an era of dynamic changes in the transportation space.
